Pricing

Current prices on the website cancel all previous prices and are subject to change. We reserve the right, by giving you notice prior to delivery to increase prices to reflect any factor beyond our control (such as without limitation, foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase of labour costs, materials or any other manufacturing costs). In the unlikely event of price increases you will be entitled to cancel the order before shipment for delivery.

Availability and information

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any goods ordered are not available, we will notify you by e mail to give you the option to either split your order, wait for the item to be available or cancel the goods from your order.

Whilst we try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, in the unlikely event that a price or description listed on the website is incorrect, we will not be under any obligation to sell the product to you. If we discover an error on any goods you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss how to proceed.

Shipping and delivery

Details of delivery costs can be found under the delivery charges section and is subject to change without prior notice. Please always check the prices before placing your order.

You will be responsible for the payment of any import duty and/or additional taxes or expenses for any goods ordered from our website for delivery to countries subject to such requirements. Rockahula Kids are not responsible for these additional expenses and have no control over them. Please refer to your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.

Please note that when shipping internationally, cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. You must comply with any laws and regulations to which the goods are destined, and we will not be liable for any breach of such laws.

The goods will be delivered to the address provided. We use professional courier services, nevertheless, please examine the goods before signing for them and report any damaged packaging.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods, however caused.

Damaged, faulty or incorrectly received goods

In the unlikely event that you receive defected products or have missing items, please contact us immediately and no later than 14 days. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide the best solution. We will provide a credit note or replacement for any faulty goods. We are unable to refund or credit any goods after 14 days of you receiving the goods.

Force Majeure

We shall have no liability for delays or failure to deliver to you resulting from any acts, events, omissions, failures or accidents that are outside of our control (‘Force Majeure’). We will use reasonable endeavours to minimise any delay caused by Force Majeure events and promptly notify you where possible the extent and likely duration of delay.

Title and risk

The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums in respect of them including VAT and the cost of delivery.
